Shipping & Returns Policy

Order Processing

Our daily cut-off time is 2:30 PM.
Orders placed after 2:30 PM will be processed on the next working day.

Please note:

  • Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays in Pakistan.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is 3 to 6 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

In case of any unexpected delays, our team will contact you promptly with updates.

Advance Payment Policy

For orders above PKR 15,000, customers are required to pay 10% of the total order amount in advance before order processing begins.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer exchange only — no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photo or video proof.
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange an exchange accordingly.

  • Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
